  1. Other pressing plants have told me that they are not currently accepting new customers. Are you?
    -Yes! As a new pressing plant, we have the ability to accommodate a number of new customers. 
  2. Which formats does Brooklyn Vinyl Works press?
    -At this time, we only press 12″ vinyl records. 
  3. Do you press colored vinyl? If so, which colors do you offer?
    -Of course! Colors change depending on availability so please inquire for current options or specific requests when ordering. 
  4. What’s your current turnaround time for pressings?
    -Our turnaround time is in constant flux. We currently have a 8-10 week window but due to high demand, this is frequently subject to change. For the most up-to-date estimate, please e-mail us at info@brooklynvinylworks.com. 
  5. Is there a minimum order?
    -Yes, 100 records. 
  6. Is there a maximum order?
    -No, not at the moment. 
  7. What are your payment terms?
    -We require a 75% deposit upon ordering and the balance upon completion of the job. 
  8. Which types of payment do you accept?
    -We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Chase QuickPay, checks, money orders, and wire transfers. 
  9. How can I learn more about the pressing of my records?
    -We’ve provided videos of the building of our factory and also intend to make available videos of our manufacturing process in the near future. Please check back soon! 
  10. Will you press my records without all of the components provided up front?
    -No. Only in the most dire of situations will we consider sending a job to press without 100% of its necessary components.
